The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, investment, securities, tax, legal, or accounting advice. We do not provide securities or investment advisory services, and nothing on this Site is intended to recommend or offer the purchase or sale of any security. Insurance and financial planning services are offered subject to applicable licensing, and any insurance product is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and guarantees of the issuing insurance company. Your use of the Site does not create any advisory, fiduciary, agency, or professional relationship between you and the Company. You should consult a qualified professional regarding your specific circumstances before making any financial decision.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any product or service in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful. Products and services described on the Site may not be available in all states.
The Site is intended for users who are at least eighteen years of age and who reside in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and design, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or using automated means to collect information from the Site without our consent.
If you submit a testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you confirm that it is truthful and reflects your own genuine experience, and that you have the right to share it. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, and remove that content in connection with our marketing and operations. Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of the people who provide them, may not be representative of all clients, and are not a guarantee of future results. We do not provide compensation in exchange for testimonials unless that arrangement is disclosed.
Any calculators or interactive tools on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes only. Their results are estimates based on the assumptions and figures you enter and do not account for your complete financial situation. They do not constitute advice or a guarantee of any outcome, and actual results will vary.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including scheduling and consultation platforms operated by others. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Any forward-looking statements or projections on the Site reflect general expectations and assumptions and are not guarantees. Financial, insurance, and planning outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and past performance or illustrations are not indicative of future results.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, members, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, members, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information collected through the Site.
Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered in the State of Utah in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in a small claims court for qualifying claims. You and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. By agreeing to these Terms, you and the Company waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any permitted legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at info@strategywestplanning.com.
